What Dana desperately needs to do is stop sucking up to Charlotte. The reason so many people like Bayley is because she's kind, has a fun personality, respects the fans and other competitors, and more importantly doesn't have to kiss anyone's rear. I don't mind Dana Brooke being a heel because she's arguably better at that than if she were a face but the only problem is riding Charlotte's cocktails has gotten her nowhere.
