It would be nice to have a heel turn in Cena. What would be his thing though? He said himself that he didn't feel that the Doctor of Thuganomics wasn't for him since he only did it to make himself known. He also wants to be someone people can look up to. Hell, he's even gone to say he knows people might be sick of him but as long as they know him he stays like he is. So if he did turn heel, what could he be that wouldn't just go for a few weeks and fizzle out?
